Unfortunately there isn’t too much sexiness and appeal of leg compression sleeves so this post will be short. The thought is that wrapping your legs as you run (with the use of compression sleeves) will help with blood flow around the muscles which helps with fatigue as the blood flow helps delay the lactic acid buildup. I am not a sports science or sport medicine major so don’t take my word for it. There are many articles out there that suggest using them so I do. They also help protect your legs if you are doing a challenge that may require your legs to put pressure against a rope. For $10-15 it doesn’t hurt the piggy bank. Plus, they kinda look cool.
