Clearly, those aren’t my legs…. just in case any of you were wondering. I’m still trying to figure out if it is a guy or girl in that picture, buttttt not important. What is important is that these things serve a couple different purposes on OCR day.
Keep your muscles tight to reduce shin splints
Save your legs on the obstacles
I have never really had any problems with shin splints during a race if anything I notice them a day or two after a race. This was my first time wearing them and great news, it’s been a couple days and I don’t feel a thing! I’m definitely going to start wearing these during our workouts when we go on long runs and I’ll update this post based on how my legs feel during and after our practice runs.
Okay so if it’s summer time and you plan on wearing shorts during the OCR then these are a MUST! The obstacles will tear your legs up!
Also, you just look like you eat OCRs for breakfast when you wear compression sleeves. Because when you feel like a Bad A$$ you crush it like one.
