The only break you get is walking to the next station. No stopping unless specified

Treadmill:
Minutes 0- 5

  • Speed 3.5-4 for 1 min
  • Speed 6.5-7 for 1 min

Minutes 5 – 10

  • Speed 7.5-8 for 1 min
  • Speed 6.5-7 for 1 min

Minutes 10-15

  • Speed 8.0-10 for 1 min

Rest with your legs on the sides of the machine for 30 seconds.

Stairmaster:
Minutes 0-5

  • Level 5 for 1 minute
  • Level 8 for 1 minute

Minutes 5-10

  • Level 11 for 1 minute
  • Level 8 for 1 minute

Minutes 10-15

  • Level 15 for 5 minutes

Elliptical: (keep speed between 6.5 and 7)
Minutes 0-5

  • Level 6 for 1 minute
  • Level 9 for 1 minute

Minutes 5-10

  • Level 12 for 1 minute
  • Level 10 for 1 minute

Minutes 10-15

  • Level 14 for 5 minutes, keep speed between 7-8

Bike: (keep cadence between 70-80)
