HIIT – Full Body

Time: 40 mins

Warm up:

  • 2 Mile Jog

20 Minute EMOM:

(for each time you don’t complete all the reps required in the minute you will need to do 5 burpees at the end of the EMOM. So bust your ass so you don’t have to do another workout while everyone else relaxes)

Even Minutes:

  • 20 Mountain climbers (total)
  • 10 Squat Jumps
  • 5 Burpees

Odd Minutes:

  • 20 Plank Jacks
  • 10 Lunge Jumps
  • 5 Walk Outs

10 Min AMRAP:

(As many rounds/reps as possible. keep repeating these 3 exercises for the entire 10 minutes)

  • 40 Jumping Jacks
  • 20 Speed Skaters
  • 10 Sit-ups
