Weights – Chest and Triceps

Time: 60 mins

4 rounds: 

  • 6-8 Incline barbell bench press

4 rounds: 

  • 6-8 Dumbbell chest press

4 rounds:

  • 10-12 Dips (or until failure)

Superset 3 rounds: 

  • 12 High cable crossovers
  • 12 Low cable crossovers

4 rounds: 

  • 10-12 Overhead tricep extensions

4 rounds: 

  • 10-12 Dumbbell skull crushers

2 rounds: 

  • Triangle pushups (until failure)
