Weights – Chest and Core

Time: 60 mins

Triple drop set 3 rounds: 

  • 12 Dumbbell chest press (heavy)
  • 12 Dumbbell chest press (medium)
  • 12 Dumbbell chest press (light)

Superset 5 rounds: 

  • 12 Incline dumbbell press
  • 15 Dumbbell pushups (or until failure)

Superset 4 rounds:

  • 12 Cable crossovers
  • 15 Cable woodchoppers (per side)

Superset 4 rounds: 

  • 15 Dumbbell pullovers
  • 12 Dumbbell flies

2 rounds: 

  • 12-20 Machine Chest Press (or  until failure)

2 rounds: 

  • 15 Ab V-ups
  • 60 sec Ab plank
  • 45 Bicycle Crunches
  • 45 sec Flutter kicks
  • 15 Oblique scissor crunches (per side)
