  • 30 sec side plank (per side)
  • 10 planks w/ hip tap (per side)

3 rounds:

  • 45 Bicycle Crunches

3 rounds:

Cable Crunches

  • 20 Middle
  • 15 Left
  • 15 Right

4 rounds:

  • 20 Ab Sprinters (per side)

Superset 3 rounds: 

  • 20 Leg Lifts
  • 20 Reverse Crunches

3 rounds:

  • 20 Ab Rollouts

Incline treadmill 10%

  • .1 mile @ 3mph
  • .15 mile @ 8-11mph
