Weights – Legs and Cardio

Time: 60 mins

5 rounds:

  • 12 Barbell squats (ATG – ass to grass)
  • 12 Wide-stance barbell squats

3 rounds:

  • 12 Barbell reverse lunges (per leg)

3 rounds: 

  • 12 Barbell Romanian deadlifts
  • 10 single-leg dumbbell Romanian deadlifts (per leg)

3 rounds: 

  • 20 Box jumps
  • 60 sec Weighted wall sits

3 rounds: 

  • 12 Goblet squats
  • 12/leg Bulgarian split squats

4 rounds: 

Stairmaster Blaster (keep repeating this and don’t stop for the full 12 minutes)

  • 45 sec on level 3 – Lunging (2 steps)
  • 45 sec on level 12 – Single step (1 step)
  • 45 sec on level 7 – Side shuffle left
  • 45 sec on level 7 – Side shuffle right
