Weights – Legs and HIIT

Time: 60 mins

4 rounds: 

  • 8 Barbell squats

4 rounds: 

  • 10 Romanian deadlifts

3 rounds: 

  • 8 Dumbbell lunges (per leg)

4 rounds: 

  • 10 Goblet Squats

3 rounds: 

  • 10 Leg press

3 rounds: 

  • 12 Leg extensions (machine)
  • 12 Hamstring curls (machine)

12 mins: 

Stairmaster Blaster (keep repeating this and don’t stop for the full 12 minutes)

  • 45 sec on level 3 – Lunging (2 steps)
  • 45 sec on level 12 – Single step (1 step)
  • 45 sec on level 7 – Side shuffle left
  • 45 sec on level 7 – Side shuffle right
