4 rounds: 

  • 12 Dumbbell shoulder press
  • 45 Bicycle crunches (per side)

3 rounds:

  • 15 Reverse dumbbell flies
  • 15 Dumbbell lateral raises
  • 20 Ab V-ups

3 rounds:

  • 30 Kettlebell swings
  • 30 Medicine ball slams

3 rounds:

  • 12 Upright Rows
  • 12 Front plate raises

3 rounds:

  • 15 Burpees
  • 60 sec Plank

3 rounds:

  • 15 Clean and press
  • 15 Plank Knee Tucks (per side)

3 rounds:

  • 15 Cable woodchoppers (per side)
  • 60 sec Side planks (per side)
