  • 20 Pull Ups
  • 20 Push Ups

4 rounds:

20-15-12-10 reps

  • Incline bench

4 rounds: 

20-15-12-10 reps

  • Seated rows

4 rounds:

15-12-12-10 reps

  • Flat bench

4 rounds: 

15-12-12-10 reps (very tempo focused feel the squeeze, burn out the back)

  • Lat pull downs

4 rounds:

15-12-12-10 reps (very tempo focused feel the squeeze, burn out the chest)

  • Chest fly

1 round: 

  • 100 Back extensions
  • 90 sec Plank
  • 50 Body-weight Dips to Parallel
