  • 12 Reverse cable flies

  • 5 Eccentric dumbbell shoulder press
  • 5 Normal dumbbell shoulder press

4 rounds:

  • 20 Neutral dumbbell shrug complex
  • 20 Overhand dumbbell shrug complex

3 rounds:

25/30/35 reps

  • Kettlebell swings

3 rounds:

  • 15 Arnold press
