HIIT

Time: 1 hour

3 rounds of:

  • 60 sec Ab plank
  • 45 Sec side plank (left and right)
  • 20 sec 1-arm planks (per side)

3 round of:

  • 45 Bicycle crunches (per side)

4 rounds of:

  • Cable Crunches (20 center/15 left/15 right)

3 rounds of:

  • 15 Hanging leg raises
  • 20 Reverse crunches

3 rounds of: 

  • 15 Obliques scissor crunches (per side)
  • 45 Russian twists with weight
  • 20 Decline weighted sit-ups

3 rounds of:

  • 15 Cable woodchoppers (per side)
  • 15 Plank knee tucks (per side)

15 min of Incline Treadmill:

Set the treadmill to 10% incline. Do the following for 15 min straight without stopping.

  • 45 sec at 3mph
  • 45 sec at 8mph
