Spartan Sprint Run Prep

Goal: 10k (6.2 miles)

End Result: 5.60 miles

The Spartan Sprint is anywhere between 3-5 miles and the Savage is usually 4-6 miles so if you feel comfortable running a 10k you’ve got nothing to worry about. If you don’t feel like you’re ready for it just yet then this is great practice and a good baseline test for your next run.
