HIIT

Time: 1 hour 20 minutes

1 round of: 

  • Run 400 meters forward
  • Run 400 meters backward

Superset Pyramid: 

20-15-10 reps of

  • Kettlebell toe touches
  • Kettlebell swings
  • Kettlebell step up

1 round of: 

  • 60 Alternating toe touches on object
  • 30 Lateral box jumps

5 rounds of:

  • 30-second line drills (moving laterally, side shuffle 15m)

15 rounds of 1-minute work: 
If you complete the work within the minute, rest remaining time.

  • 4 Kettlebell deadlift *heavy
  • 8 Kettlebell push press *light
  • 4 Burpee over kettlebell (instead of jumping straight up, jump laterally over kb and do next burpee)

1 round of:

  • Jog 2 miles
