How ready are you for the Spartan Super? Well, you’re about to find out…

Goal: 8-10 mile run

End result: 8.07

With the Spartan Super being 8-10 miles long and 24-29 obstacles we wanted to tackle the mental portion of the running for today’s workout. Sure the running will be broken up with walls, monkey bars, sandbag carries, and other grueling obstacles. However, if you can wrap your mind around what it’s like to run that distance than getting there on race day you’re not thinking about how scary that run is because you’ll be saying “Pssh… I can do that in my sleep! What else you got?”
