Run

Time: 2 hours 30 minutes

Goal: 12 miles

End Result: 11 miles

This was a super long run for us, and not to mention in the dead middle of summer. We have not run this far ever so we all knew it was going to be an interesting one. Highly, highly recommend wearing a good pair of socks, good running shoes, and bring some sort of hydration pack regardless of the time of year.
