Time: 1 hour 30 minutes

3 Rounds:

  • 200-meter row
  • 10 Burpee Pull Ups

60 Min AMRAP: (As many rounds as possible)

With your partner, alternate rounds of the circuit for 60 minutes, one person rests while the other does the round. As soon as they are done they rest and you complete the round. Get as many rounds completed as you possibly can. Go all out.

  • 50-meter Sprint
  • 3 Pull Ups
  • 6 Push Ups
  • 9 Air Squat

We had a love/hate relationship with this workout, it was definitely one of the most intense workouts that we’ve done in a while in terms of keeping our heart rate up for that long but the breaks definitely helped. We split into teams based on who pulled the same size twig from Judson’s hand. The teams were Judson and Allie against Chris and David. In the end, Judson and Allie won.We made it through 38 rounds. That was 342 squats, 228 pushups, and 114 pull ups. and 1900 yards of running.
