HIIT

Time: 1 hour 30 minutes

3 Rounds:

  • 250 meter Row
  • 10 Kettlebell swings
  • 10 Burpees

5 Rounds:

  • 12 Sumo deadlifts

3 Rounds:

  • 20 Dumbbell Plank rows

3 Rounds: (not timed)

  • 800 meter run
  • 16 1-leg dumbbell deadlifts (per side)
  • 25 V-ups

15 min AMRAP: (As many rounds as possible)

All 4 exercises are considered 1 round. Complete as many as you can before the 15 min is up

  • 200 meter run
  • 50 jump ropes
  • 15 burpees
  • 500 meter row
