Goal: 8 Miles

End Result: 6.5 Miles

We were not feeling the run today, it was brutal. Not sure if it was due to yesterday’s workout or if we were just having an off day but we were not our usual running selves. Speaking of days when you’re just feeling off, it’s important to know EVERYONE has them. It’s also important not to push yourself when you’re feeling this way or at least that’s my opinion. I want the gym and working out to be a positive experience and something that I enjoy. We love working out because it’s fun, so the second we start forcing ourselves to workout when our heads just aren’t in it or our bodies are telling us to take a break we listen. The last thing we want is for working out to become something we HAVE to do and not something we LOVE doing.
