12 min EMOM (every minute on the minute)

Go HEAVY

  • 8 Kettlebell front squats
  • 8 Side lunges

15 min AMRAP (as many rounds as possible)

Completion of all 3 exercises is considered 1 round

  • 10 Pull ups
  • 20 Push ups
  • 30 Air squats
