Run…. embrace the suck…. run some more

The goal is to be as best prepared for the Spartan race but how do we practice running and going through obstacles without building a course in our back yard? I’ll tell ya how, you run, do some bodyweight exercises (a lot of them) and then run some more.

  • Run 3 miles
  • 200 flutter kicks
  • Run 2 miles
  • 50 Burpees
  • Run 1 mile
  • 100 squats
