Yay more Running!

Goal: 13 miles

End result: 8.5

We went during our lunch hour so didn’t have enough time to complete the goal of 13 miles. However, we still ran until we needed to get back to the office. Since we’re preparing for the Spartan Super right now we are going on more and more long runs to make sure we are physically but also mentally prepared for the distance we are about to face at the Super. We mix in long runs a couple times a week between our strength and endurance weight workouts in the gym.
