Guess what we’re doing today… RUNNING! 

See how far you can run in 60 minutes.

The goal here is consistency. It’s tempting to sprint right out the gates and then find yourself walking the rest of the time, so even though you may feel like your fresh legs can sprint the entire time, try to refrain. Find a pace you can maintain and go, after the first couple miles if you’re still feeling good then try picking up the pace. We do 60 minute runs fairly frequently since we can fit it in during our lunches (TWSS) and still get a good workout. Take note of your distance and use it to compare and push yourself next time. Happy running! (well, if there is such a thing)
