HIIT – Shoulders, Back, and Abs

Time: 1 hour

5 Rounds: 

  • 5 Double KB Push Press (one kettle bell in each hand. Go Heavy)

3 Rounds: 

  • 3 Double KB Push Press (one kettle bell in each hand. Go Heavy)

22 Min EMOM (every minute on the minute)

Whatever time you have left over before the next minute starts are your breaks. Alternate between these two couplets

  • Even Minutes:
    • 5 Pull Ups
    • 10 Push Ups
  • Odd Minutes:
    • 10 Sit Ups
    • 20 Jump Rope

Stairmaster this isn’t just for girls, you’ll be surprised what a good workout this is

  • 100 floors on whatever speed you can maintain until all 100 floors are completed.

(We did ours on level 8)

We used to laugh at the thought of doing the Stairmaster One day when Chris was Cadre he had it as the last part of our workout, we all laughed and made jokes as we walked over to the machines. By the end of it, there was no laughing, just a lot of fat crying. We were DRENCHED in sweat and our legs were exhausted. So if you were like us and thought there is no way I’m doing the stairmaster, just give it a try before you knock it.
