HIIT – Legs, Core

Time: 1 hour

1 Round of: 

  • 800m row

20-15-10 reps:

  • Inch Worm
  • Jumping Air Squats
  • Jumping Lunges

4 Rounds of: 

  • Sandbag Lunges 50 feet

3 Rounds: (quality not time)

  • 20 meter Crab Walk
  • 20 Jumping Air Squats
  • 20 Explosive Sit Ups to standing position

15 minute AMRAP (as many rounds of the following as possible within 15 minutes. Go all out!)

  • 8 Sumo Deadlift High Pulls
  • 8 Kettle Bell Reverse Lunges (we used plates)
  • 8 Toes 2 Bar
  • 8 Mountain Climbers
