See how far you can run in one hour

This is a great time to compete with others in your group if you can, if not try to beat your distance from the last time you ran. We highly recommend trail running as much as possible to practice for your next OCR and get a good feel of what it’s going to be like on race day. Our favorite is to get out and run on the trails right after or during a rain storm so the trails are at their worst which is similar to what the trails at the races will be like after thousands of people have trampled through them.
