  • 8 Incline barbell bench press

Superset 3 rounds:

  • 8 Dumbbell pullovers
  • 8 Narrow grip dumbbell press

Superset 3 rounds:

  • 12 Cable crossovers
  • 12 Cable tricep pulldowns

Superset 3 rounds:

  • 10 Barbell skull crushers
  • 10 Seated barbell tricep extensions

Superset 3 rounds:

  • 20 Front raises
  • 20 Lateral raises
  • 20 Bicep curls
