  • 40 Jumping lunges
  • 45 Bicycle crunches
  • 90 sec Ab plank

Superset 2 rounds:

  • 15 Burpees
  • 15 Ab V-ups
  • 30 Air squats

1 round: 

  • 1,500 meter row

Superset 2 rounds:

  • 60 Mountain climbers
  • 50 Roll outs
  • 30 Wall balls

Superset 2 rounds:

  • 25 Sit-ups
  • 45 Russian twists (with medicine ball)
  • 15 Leg lifts

10 min: 

Incline treadmill on 6% incline

  • 45 sec @ 2 mph
  • 45 sec @ 8 mph
