Weights – Legs

Time: 60 mins

3 rounds: 

  • 50 Air squats

3 rounds: 

  • 12 Bulgarian split squats (per leg)

4 rounds: 

  • 20 Goblet squats

3 rounds: 

  • 12 Single-leg Romanian deadlifts (per leg)

3 rounds: 

  • 15 Dumbbell lunges (per leg)

4 rounds: 

  • 20 Kettlebell hip thrusters

2 rounds:

  • 20 Kettlebell sumo squats

12 mins: 

Stairmaster Blaster (keep repeating this and don’t stop for the full 12 minutes)

  • 45 sec on level 3 – Lunging (2 steps)
  • 45 sec on level 12 – Single step (1 step)
  • 45 sec on level 7 – Side shuffle left
  • 45 sec on level 7 – Side shuffle right
