Weights – Upper Body

Time: 60 mins

3 rounds:

  • 60 second kettlebell farmers walk with towel – loop towel through handle and grip the towel not the actual kettlebell
  • 20 pull ups
  • 20 push ups

3 rounds:

  • 20 (10/arm) db curl with fat grip and supinated grip (palms facing forward)
  • 20 tricep push downs
  • 20 cable flys

3 rounds:

  • 20 (10/arm) single arm bent over db row
  • 20 chest press machine
  • 20 db pullover

3 rounds:

  • 20 bent over reverse db fly
  • 20 (10/arm) db shoulder press
  • 20 (10/arm) db tricep kickback
