Weights & HIIT – Legs and Abs

Time: 60 mins

Superset 4 rounds: 

  • 12 Barbell squats
  • 12 Barbell calf raises

Superset 3 rounds: 

  • 60 sec plank
  • 45 sec side plank (per side)

4 rounds:

  • 15 Goblet Squats

Superset 3 rounds: 

  • 20 Windsheild wipers
  • 15 V-ups

4 rounds: 

  • 12 Dumbbell lunges (per leg)

Superset 3 rounds: 

  • 60 Bicycle crunches
  • 20 reverse crunches

3 rounds: 

  • 15 Barbell hip thrusters

12 mins: 

Stairmaster Blaster (keep repeating this and don’t stop for the full 12 minutes)

  • 45 sec on level 3 – Lunging (2 steps)
  • 45 sec on level 12 – Single step (1 step)
  • 45 sec on level 7 – Side shuffle left
  • 45 sec on level 7 – Side shuffle right
