HIIT – Full Body

Time: 60 mins

30 Min AMRAP: (As many rounds as possible)

With your partner, alternate rounds of the circuit for 60 minutes, one person rests while the other does the round. As soon as they are done they rest and you complete the round. Get as many rounds completed as you possibly can. Go all out.

  • 50-meter run
  • 3 Pull Ups
  • 6 Push Ups
  • 9 Air Squat
