  • 10 Landmine 180 (per side)
  • 10 Hanging windshield wipers (per side)

Superset 3 rounds: 

  • 10 cable crunches (per side)
  • 10 cable woodchoppers (per side)

Superset 3 rounds: 

  • 30 In and outs
  • 30 Decline situps
  • 30 Stability ball jacknives
  • 30 Roll outs
  • 30 Leg lifts (6 inches off the floor to 90 degrees)

2 rounds: 

  • Flutter kicks to failure
