Weights – Leg Day Baby

Time: 120 mins

Focus on slow lifts and keeping your feet planted. Balance is the key here. For all of the squats, go as heavy as possible while keeping good form.

Superset 5 rounds: 

  • 12 Barbell squats
  • 12 Wide-stance barbell squats (take 1 step out wide and complete a second)

3 rounds:

  • 12 Kettlebell Romanian Lunges (video)

Superset 3 rounds:

  • 12 Barbell Romanian Deadlifts
  • 10 Single leg Kettlebell Romanian deadlifts (per leg)

Superset 3 rounds:

  • 20 Box jumps
  • 60 sec Wall sit

3 rounds:

  • 12 Goblet Squats

HIIT: Stairmaster Blaster

  • 12 minutes of
    • 45 secs of lunges (skip a step) at level 3
    • 45 secs of speed at level 12
    • 45 secs of side shuffle (left) at level 7
    • 45 secs of side shuffle (right) at level 7
