HIIT – Upper Body

Time: 60 mins

3 rounds: 

  • 800 meter run
  • 500 meter row
  • 200 feet on rope pull machine

15 min AMRAP: (as many rounds as possible)

  • 15 box jumps
  • 15 second chin over bar hold
  • 15 push ups

3 rounds: 

  • 20 pull ups
  • 20 burpees
  • 20 t-bar rows
