Time: 60 mins

You’re going to run a mile AFAP, and rest for the exact same time you ran this first mile, run a mile AFAP and rest as long as it took to do the second mile, repeat for a total of 1 hour (which includes the time resting). The person who is able to get the most mileage in wins. measure your distance too since it’s unlikely you’ll end perfectly on a mile increment so to know the winner you’ll need to measure how far in to that final mile you got. GO FAST cause you’ll have time to rest. When I say rest, sit down and let your heart rate get as low as possible – don’t walk or do anything else.
