Weights – Arms and Grip strength

Time: 60 mins

3 rounds: 

  • 15 Hammer curls (one at a time and go slow. reps are per arm)
  • Dead hang (as many as you can while your partner does 1 round of hammer curls)

3 rounds: 

  • 15 Overhead tricep extensions
  • Bench dips (as many as you can while your partner does 1 round of tricep extensions)

3 rounds: 

  • 15 Incline dumbbell bicep Curls
  • Body rows (as many as you can while your partner does 1 round of bicep curls)

3 rounds:

  • 15 Skull Crushers
  • Plate pinch curls (as many as you can while your partner does 1 round of skull crushers)

3 rounds: 

  • 15 Closed grip bench press
  • 15 Wrist Curls

3 rounds: (Burnout until failure)

  • Cable tricep pulldowns (rope)
  • Cable hammer curls (rope)
