  • 30 Russian Twists (with weight)
  • 30 Bodyweight Squats
  • 30 Push-ups
  • 30 Jumping Lunges
  • 30 Upright Rows
  • 30 Burpees
  • 30 High Knees (per side)
  • 30 Jump Squats
  • 200 ft rope pull machine
