Weights – Legs
Focus on good form for all of these exercises
6 rounds:
- 6 Barbell front squat
- rest 2 mins between rounds
5 rounds:
- 10 Barbell Romanian Deadlift
- rest 2 mins between rounds
4 rounds:
- 10/leg Walking Lunges with Double Dip
- rest 2 mins between rounds
3 rounds:
- 2 minute leg press drill. Using the same amount of weight as how much you weigh perform continuous reps on the leg press machine for 2 minutes. Do not let the weight down. If you need to “rest” you can lock your legs and suspend the weight but do not let the weight down.
