Weights – Abs

Time: 45 mins

Focus on good form for all of the exercises. The goal is quality vs quantity when doing ab workouts.

3 rounds: 

  • 10/leg Spiderman Plank Crunch

3 rounds: 

  • 10/side Cable rotations

3 rounds:

  • 60 seconds bicycle crunches (hold 1-2 seconds per side)

3 rounds: 

  • 10/side cross crunch

3 rounds: 

  • 10 Swissball rollout
