HIIT – Abs
We’ve got some options. Yesterday was Thanksgiving… So either you feel disgusting and want to run and I don’t blame you so go on a nice long run and don’t come back until you feel like you lost at least one of those food babies. However, if you’re like the rest of us that still can’t seem to move then this workout is for you! Great news is you’ll be laying on the ground so that’s awesome. Bad news, you still gotta work out.
For these workouts you will be going nice and slow but you’ll need to stop and hold each rep for 3-5 seconds.
- 30 Windshield Wiper (per side)
- 30 Leg Lifts
- 30 Bicycle Cruch (per side)
- 30 Boat Crunch
- 30 V ups
- 30 Jacknives
- If you’re still feeling good go on a jog
