  • 12 Barbell Reverse Lunges (per leg)

Superset 3 rounds: 

  • 12 Barbell Romanian Deadlifts
  • 10 Single Leg Romanian Deadlifts (per leg)

Superset 3 rounds: 

  • 20 Box Jumps
  • 60 sec Weighted Wall Squat Holds

3 rounds: 

  • 12 Goblet Squats

3 rounds: 

  • 12 Leg Press (Machine)

12 minutes – Stairmaster Blaster HIIT: 

  • 45 sec double step (level 3)
  • 45 sec single step (level 12)
  • 45 sec sidestep left (level 7)
  • 45 sec sidestep right (level 7)
