Incline treadmill workout – Start off at 0% incline walk 3mph for 1 minute then 7mph for 1 minute on the second round increase the incline by 1% until you hit 10% then work your way back down again. See below for the madness.

  • 0% incline, 3mph
  • 0% incline, 7mph
  • 1% incline, 3mph
  • 1% incline, 7mph
  • 2% incline, 3mph
  • 2% incline, 7mph
  • 3% incline, 3mph
  • 3% incline, 7mph
  • 4% incline, 3mph
  • 4% incline, 7mph
  • 5% incline, 3mph
  • 5% incline, 7mph
  • 6% incline, 3mph
  • 6% incline, 7mph
  • 7% incline, 3mph
  • 7% incline, 7mph
  • 8% incline, 3mph
  • 8% incline, 7mph
  • 9% incline, 3mph
  • 9% incline, 7mph
  • 10% incline, 3mph
  • 10% incline, 7mph

Now go back down until you hit 0% (try not to take any breaks)
