Weights – Legs

Time: 60 mins

6 rounds: 

  • 6 Barbell front squats
  • rest 2 mins between rounds

5 rounds: 

  • 10 Barbell Romanian Deadlifts
  • rest 2 mins between rounds

4 rounds: 

  • 10/leg walking lunges with double dip
  • rest 2 mins between rounds

3 rounds: 

  • 10 calf raises (using leg press machine)

3 rounds: 

  • 2-minute leg press drill. Using the same amount of weight as how much you weigh perform continuous reps on the leg press machine for 2 minutes. Do not let the weight down If you need to “rest” you can lock your legs and suspend the weight but do not let the weight down.
