  • 15 Overhead Lateral Tricep Ext (per arm)

Superset 3 rounds:

  • 15 Barbell Skull Crushers
  • 15 Dumbell Skull Crushers

2 rounds:

  • Barbell Bicep 21s

2 rounds:

7, 6, 5, 4, 3, 2, 1 reps

  • Bench Dips
  • Push-ups

Strip Set 1 round:

  • 10 reps Tricep Rope Pulldowns (per increment until failure)

Strip Set 1 round:

  • 10 reps Bicep Rope Curls(per increment until failure)
