  • 30 burpees
  • 40 jump squats
  • 50 mtn climbers
  • 60 jumping jacks
  • 70 sit-ups
  • 80 lunges
  • 90 flutters
  • 100 high knees
  • 10 min run (beat the distance you got on the first one)
